Explore the Adirondacks at Camp Hudson Pines between Lake George and Saratoga. Our trails take you through the tall tree woods perfect for walking your dog.

Welcome to Camp Hudson Pines, a family-owned campground on the Hudson River, where vintage summer camp meets modern Nordic design. Stay in a riverside cabin, a Nordic tiny cabin, a vintage Airstream or a canvas tent under the pines, or bring your own tent or RV. Kayak the river, join our seasonal Friday night bonfire and s’mores, and end the day at the fire pit at your site. We’re your basecamp for exploring nearby Lake George and Saratoga Springs. Nature is for everyone, so pick your comfort level and come camp with us.

WINTER AT CAMP HUDSON PINES

Winter looks pretty good from the Birch Cabin. It stays open year-round, sleeps seven and makes a warm Adirondack basecamp when the snow comes in. Ski West Mountain or Gore Mountain in the morning, catch a Skidmore hockey game in Saratoga Springs, or head to Glens Falls for the Hyde Collection and a pint at Common Roots Brewing. Then come back, sit inside and sip hot cocoa. Our Field Notes has more of our favorite spots near camp.

Bringing the whole crew? The Oak House, our neighboring group house on Airbnb, is open year-round and made for gathering.

Thinking about summer?

Come relax in nature. We offer waterfront cabins, modern glamping tents, and nostalgic camping spots on 40 acres filled with trees and a grassy waterfront on the southern end of the Adirondack Park. Looking for a larger house made for a group? Check out the Oak Cabin on Airbnb, a neighboring cabin made for gathering.

Saratoga has a long history of horse racing. Don't forget to watch a race in the summer while you visit Camp Hudson Pines.

The cutest Glamping Tents! We drove out from Boston for the July 4th holiday and had the best time. Our tent was beautifully outfitted with a very comfortable bed, cozy lanterns, plenty of power outlets, WiFi, and our own fire ring. Everything was spotless. 5 individual bathrooms are shared between a few other tents, but were always available and clean (the cleaning crew came through multiple times each day). Had so much fun out at the river, around the campfire, and waking up to birds singing each morning. Already planning to go back next year!

The cabin was beautifully decorated and meticulously cleaned, the staff was friendly and responsive, the community was fun and friendly, the view of and time on the river was magical. Hudson Pines offers a picturesque, cozy, and easy lower Adirondack stay for families! We stayed 5 nights at the Willow cabin, which was plenty of room for us, grandparents, and our two kids. The children loved the hammock chairs on the porch, and the fire pit. We appreciated the beautiful setting on the Hudson River, comfy beds, and amenities like a washer & dryer and updated bathroom with toiletries. On site we walked the trails and visited the swimming area / beach.

We had the most relaxing and adventurous few days at Camp Hudson Pines. As we pulled into the camp, we were welcomed by the friendly staff at the general store and given all the information we needed for our stay. As we drove to our home for the next few days, Tamarack Cabin, we were excited to see a hammock, picnic table, and Adirondack chairs in our side yard -- perfect for enjoying the view of the Hudson River. Tamarack was the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern convenience.
